Herzlich willkommen auf meiner Seite. Mein Name ist Martin K\u00f6hler , ich bin seit gut 25 Jahren Schlagzeuger beim Tiroler Sinfonieorchester (\u00d6sterreich) und baue seit circa 2019 Handpans. Die Liebe zum Metall geht aber noch viel weiter zur\u00fcck. W\u00e4hrend meinem Musikstudium ( Schlagwerk ) lernte ich die Steeldrum kennen. 2017 ginge ich nach Trinidad und New York, um sie stimmen und bauen zu lernen. Meine Spezialit\u00e4t bei den Handpans ist, dass ich sie chromatisch baue, d.h. es fehlt kein Ton und somit ist auch jede Skala auf einer Handpan spielbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sonderanfertigungen ben\u00f6tigen mindestens 3 Monate Bearbeitungszeit. Sobald Ihre individuelle Handpan fertiggestellt ist, senden wir Ihnen ein Video des fertigen Produkts. Sie k\u00f6nnen dann entscheiden, ob Sie es kaufen m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Welcome to my website. My name is Martin Koehler, and I’ve been a drummer with the Tyrolean Symphony Orchestra (Austria) for over 25 years. I’ve been building handpans since around 2019. My love for metal goes back much further, though. During my music studies (percussion), I discovered the steel drum. In 2017, I went to Trinidad and New York to learn how to tune and build them. My specialty with handpans is that I build them chromatically, meaning no note is missing, and therefore every scale can be played on a handpan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
